3 Delivery
Delivery in the UK is free for all orders. NHS Prescription items will be delivered free of charge. Prescription items require a signature and generally will be sent by First Class Signed For.
4 Returns
You are not allowed to return medicines and cosmetics for safety and hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5 Payment Information
Your credit and debit card details are secure. We only accept 3D Secure transactions. WelPharm Pharmacy require CVV2/CVC2 credit and debit card verification. We do not store your credit and debit card information.

The information provided us is only viewed by our pharmacy team and is entirely confidential. When you submit information to us it is your responsibility to ensure that it is correct and truthful and we are not liable for your errors. The medicine provided must be for your personal use and you should not supply it to anyone else. The information provided for Pharmacy Only products will be viewed by our pharmacist as he or she needs to make a professional judgement as to the suitability of the medicines ordered. You must be over 18 to order products from this site.

WelPharm Ltd trading as WelPharm Pharmacy is registered under the Data Protection Act. In order to provide you with the best products and service we store information about the items we have provided to you. We ask and store information when you order Pharmacy Only medicines so that we provide the most appropriate medication. We do not share any information with third parties other than the independent online doctors. We do not store your payment information. We do not have access to the information you provide to the online doctors.

11 Promotions
WelPharm Pharmacy reserve the right to expire their promotions and voucher codes at any time. Online Prescription discounts apply to online prescriptions purchased through the website. Discounts do not apply to postage and packing charges or medication cost. Only one discount per order.
